They will develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, optimize financial performance, and support PA objectives. Additionally, they will oversee the performance of agents and distributors, ensuring success in Nexans markets. The role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, a clear vision for sales development, and a commitment to fostering a customer-focused culture while upholding legal compliance, internal policies, and Nexans’ values.
