Job Summary

As a Sales Manager – Leisure at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will oversee the efficient operation of the department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary responsibilities include maximizing revenue in the Leisure segment, achieving sales targets profitably, and leading a team dedicated to this segment. This role is key in fostering guest satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Management:

• Act as a sales specialist, focusing on the Leisure segment to maximize revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage the Leisure sales team, ensuring motivation and alignment with business goals.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance and skills.
• Monitor team progress and address challenges to maintain high productivity.

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
• Prepare reports and sales forecasts for management review.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in a similar role.
