Sales Operations Analyst Full Time

Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key job responsibilities

– Manage key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
– Partner closely with the Sales Operations Leads to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them
– Oversee the sales CRM System and manage territory, account, revenue flow, and quota for the sales teams
– Develop relationships and work with sales, regional sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
– Operate as the local focal point for the company’s account management roles (including revenue routing, segmentation, exceptions, etc.)
– Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
– Create metrics, processes and mechanisms
– Own the quantitative performance analysis of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity
