Sales Specialist Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
   • Drive sales of products, systems, and services in line with division strategies.

   
   
   
   

   • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions aligned with ABB’s offerings.
   • Meet and exceed qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable growth in orders, revenues, profitability, and market share.
2. Market Development:
   • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the designated market.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective marketing activities that communicate value propositions to customers.
3. Administrative and Process Support:
   • Manage administrative procedures related to sales processes.
   • Support cash collection and project management activities when required.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
   • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication and delivering solutions aligned with their needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Instrumentation and Analytical Sales is highly advantageous.
• Skills:
• • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Proficient in managing administrative sales tasks and supporting project management.
