Sales Supervisor Full Time

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet and Exceed Individual and Sales Team Targets
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Identify potential clients and nurture relationships
• Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide regular feedback and suggestions to the line manager to enhance the sales skills of the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Assist sales executives in managing their customer accounts
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the line manager
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales processes
• Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives
• Assist in the development of sales plans and forecasts

Required Work Experience:

• Experience: 4-6 years of total experience with minimum of 2 years in POS sales
• Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or any related field.
• Functional Knowledge Sales & Closing Techniques, Customer oriented
• Business Expertise (F&B operations, Business, Marketing & POS Knowledge)

Desirable Experience:

• Degree in Business, IT, Software or similar
• Experience and knowledge of the POS sector
