Sales Support Coordinator Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with country managers to collect, collate and summarize forward forecast
  
  
  
• Work closely with supply planning team to align on inbounds and update sales team on sales projection as per forecast
• Manage and own stock reservation portals and coordinate reservations of stocks with sales, demand and warehouse team
• Track monthly sell-in and sell-out of customers to analyze PSI report and report/alert inventory status of customers
• Coordinate with sales managers in managing, issuing and sharing channel credit notes and price protection claims
• Align with eCom team to gather digital content and share it with regional partners and sales team to streamline uniform messaging between pure players and omni channel players
• Back order management of customers
• Manage customer data base and annual contracts
• Track payment overdues of customers, LC’s and coordinate with sales team to collect payments
• Liaise with prospect customers to consolidate account opening forms, paperwork  and necessary documentation to facilitate the account opening process end-to-end.
• work closely with commercial/product teams to monitor and communicate discontinuation of products and propose alternate offerings to customers.

Job requirements:

• Strong English language verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good negotiating techniques

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• At least 2-3 years of industry sales experience
