Requirements For The Role

Experience in Sales is required
Person who goes above and beyond
Pro-active and Keen to details
Thinking of ways on how to improve the quality of work and processes of the company
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in Outlook, Excel and Google sheets
Able to create report writing and strategic planning skills
Stable Internet to be able to connect to local server with VPN
Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
Able to work during Australian office hours
Clear in spoken communication but won’t talk to our customers

Tasks Within The Role Include

Create PO and quotations
Process Orders
Track delivery schedule and update client/builders
Send Purchase Orders to suppliers
Upload Price files
Make sure that all price files are up to date (Regular/Special Pricing)
