Overview:
We are looking for an experienced School Assistant Accountant and School Cashier to join our dedicated team at a renowned school in Sharjah. The ideal candidates will have strong accounting and cash-handling abilities, experience in a school setting, and the capability to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• School Assistant Accountant
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure they comply with established school policies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Perform reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work closely with other departments to support the school’s financial needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of school financial records.
• School Cashier
  • Manage the collection and recording of payments from students, parents, and staff.
  • Provide daily cash reconciliations and ensure accurate accounting for all cash received.
  • Handle inquiries related to fees, dues, and other financial matters with professionalism.
  • Maintain secure and organized cash handling practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting (mandatory).
• Strong accounting and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to start immediately in Sharjah.
