Senior Accountant Full Time

Caribou Coffee UAE is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, cost management, and accounting within the F&B or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and ensure timely financial statements, comply with IFRS & local regulations, and coordinate audits.
Accounts Management: Oversee invoicing processes, review invoices, and manage rent-related financial operations.
Financial Control & Analysis: Supervise account closings, expense analysis, and implement control measures for accurate reporting.
Cost Management: Manage cost control processes, supervise the Cost Controller, and focus on waste reduction.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, financial performance tracking, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certifications: CPA (preferred)
Experience: 7+ years in accounting, with 3+ years in a supervisory role (F&B or hospitality experience is a plus)
Skills:

• Proficiency in IFRS, accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
