Senior Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.

   

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT filing, and corporate tax requirements.

   

• Manage financial documentation and reporting related to international trading activities.

   

• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.

   

• Monitor cash flow and support the budgeting and financial planning process.

   

• Reconcile bank statements and manage payment cycles.

   

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government bodies on financial matters.

   

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

   

• At least 3 years of relevant experience; background in international trade is a plus.

   

• Solid understanding of UAE corporate regulations, taxation (VAT, corporate tax), and compliance.

   

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally, and strong Excel skills.

   

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

   

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
