About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Accountant / Management Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant to transition into a leadership role within the dynamic F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and improve internal controls to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Assist in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Experience: Proven track record in accounting and financial management is preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What We Offer

• Compensation: AED 8,000 per month.
• Contract Duration: One year, with a pathway to full-time employment.
• Growth Opportunity: After successful completion of the contract, the candidate will transition to an Assistant Finance Manager position.
