Senior Accounts Payable Accountant Full Time

TDS Travel is a leading travel solutions provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and comprehensive travel management. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic accounts payable reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to address inquiries and payment issues.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance accounts payable efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, financial systems, and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and meet strict deadlines.
