Senior Architect Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, particularly with experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading design teams, overseeing project development from concept to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of architectural design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design projects, ensuring all work meets client requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop comprehensive designs for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation for construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams, providing guidance and expertise.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
• 10-18 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion, with a deep understanding of interior fit-out details.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
