Publicis Groupe MENA is seeking a qualified AdTech/ MarTech Senior Executive with hands-on experience with AdTech/ MarTech/ ETL, to be a Tag Management Solutions, Site/App Analytics, DMP and CDP management specialist servicing across Publicis Media brand agencies and other practices. The position plays a vital role in propagating CDP, Site/App analytics best practices, cross-functional consistency and elevating the capabilities across our clients MarTech stack. The objective is to provide clients with novel digital marketing solutions to achieve their business KPIs or to generate new business value streams.
Provide Martech services to clients across Publicis Media MENA brand agencies.
Services include ad operations and AdTech/ MarTech based solution consulting and implementation
Be a Data Privacy Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the context of AdTech, MarTech and services that Publicis Media and Publicis Groupe Practices provide.
Support in data privacy activities (identifying, cataloging, monitoring, and reviewing data assets, vendors and services) and work in close coordination with the Data Privacy Program Lead, Global Data Privacy Operations (GDPOps) team and Global Data Privacy Office (GDPO).
Support the MarTech Manager in the following areas:
Deploy/ implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/ MarTech tools as and when required.
Tag Management Solutions: Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium.
Site Analytics solutions: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
App analytics solutions: Firebase, Adjust.
ETL: Build pipeline to extract, transform and load data from clients systems into DMP/ Ad Server/ Web Analytics systems.
Recognize opportunities to:
Elevate a clients capabilities in campaign execution to improve campaign performance and ultimately drive their business KPIs.
Sell TAAG services to clients to drive their business KPIs and deliver organic growth for TAAG.
Service MarTech based solution consulting, onboarding, strategy and technical implementation.
Evangelize and propagate a single taxonomy across and audience activation that will require cross-practice collaboration.
Train brand agency client teams in DMP and CDP audience strategy as a part of the overarching campaign planning to ensure they are self-sufficient, where necessary, and are comfortable with the technology used for their clients.
Train brand agency client teams in relevant AdTech/ MarTech tools to ensure they are self-sufficient and comfortable with the technology used for their clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with AdTech and MarTech.
Strong technical aptitude and client servicing skills, as well as deep knowledge of the prominent AdTech and MarTech
Hands on experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Tealium).
Working knowledge with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
Hands on experience with Customer Data Platforms in audience strategy, audience & campaign performance analysis, technical setups (taxonomy, 1P/ 2P data ingestion, destinations/ integrations, segmentation/audience building).
Demonstrate a solid understanding of data concepts such as master data management, data governance, profiling, and cataloging.
Familiarity with data management; experience working with data development, engineering, and data science teams.
Proficient analytical and Excel skills.
Experience as a customer-facing technical solution consultant, with:
High attention to detail
Experience in critical problem-solving and data management techniques.
Ability to influence internally and externally to facilitate adoption of technology and best practices.
Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including:
Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines.
And keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.
