Senior Planning Engineer Full Time

Chicago Maintenance and Construction Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a planning engineer in the UAE, with exposure to G+5 projects across multiple locations. This role requires a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential delays or risks.
• Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Claims Management: Handle Extension of Time (EOT) claims, ensuring all documentation and justification are accurate and complete.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Primavera and Excel for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure all planning activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the UAE as a planning engineer, with exposure to G+5 projects at multiple locations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Primavera, Excel, and EOT claims management.
