Senior Purchase Officer Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Purchase Officer with strong experience in construction/fit-out procurement to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be skilled in supplier negotiations, procurement planning, and inventory management to support our construction projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on specifications and budget.
• Source potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and purchase terms.
• Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials and services meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Manage and control inventory levels efficiently.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and suppliers.
• Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement experience in construction/fit-out projects in the GCC.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
