Senior Sales Manager Full Time
Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales, driving business development, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the travel industry, specifically DMC (Destination Management Company) Sales, and possess in-depth knowledge of the UAE as a destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Promote and sell DMC services, packages, and tailored travel solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of UAE as a travel destination to create unique and competitive travel offerings.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the travel industry.
- Strong expertise in DMC sales and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE as a travel and tourism destination.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with a focus on business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
