Showroom Manager – Africa Full Time

We are looking for a Showroom Manager to professionally represent the showroom and guide the Sales Leads to maintain the highest level of customer service to all clients. This luxury furniture is made with the highest quality, all-natural, material.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients on a friendly and professional level
• Have a passion for customer service and engaging with clients
• Meet personal and team goals
• Communicate effectively to clients about the brand and history of the company
• Follow and achieve showrooms’ sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Support the Showroom Manager with various needs day-to-day
• Be resourceful and problem solve when needed
• Be an example for Sales Leads on customer service and staying busy/excited

Requirements:

• Engage with clients on a friendly and professional level
• Have 2-5 years of management experience in the Furniture/Home furnishing industry.
• Be very comfortable with any computer/administrative duties
• Have a passion for customer service and engaging with clients
• Meet personal and team goals
• Communicate effectively to clients about the brand and history of the company
• Follow and achieve showrooms’ sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Support the Showroom Manager with various needs day-to-day
• Be resourceful and problem solve when needed
