Solar PV Engineer Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data related to equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules.

Support the team in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis

Help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the operations and maintenance functions.

Preparing & Maintaining records of Operation &maintenance, meter readings, equipment warranty, inspections, and repairs.

Work closely with the O&M team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of maintenance activities and performance metrics.

Assist in preparing schedule for preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance with the available resource

Comprehensive Documentation on all site related data in terms of preparing incident report, Maintaining all logs

Tracking and monitoring solar PV system on solar portals

Vendor management by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, service providers

Support the O&M team in performing routine inspections, site inspections

Learning Objectives:

Gain experience in analyzing operational and maintenance data to drive decision-making.

Develop skills in working with data analysis software and tools.

Understand the relationship between data, maintenance strategies, and operational performance.

Learn about industry specific KPIs and performance monitoring processes.

Requirements

Qualifications &Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, -Electrical, Renewable energy

Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

Strong interest in operations, maintenance, and data analytics.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
