As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take a leading role developing and building the infrastructure that will underpin the future of the financial ecosystem. We are looking for a highly-motivated, resilient problem-solver. Someone who seeks out challenges and is ready to implement compelling solutions to complex problems. Your role will consist of knowledge sharing across the entire engineering team, mentoring and coaching individuals as well.

Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience on Open Banking ( if applying for our London position).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Scripting, REST
• Must have Lead Technical Teams
• Must have an understanding of how to design and develop complex features
• Experience working on open source standards and APIs
• Experience on CI/CD and Devops systems and processes.

Soft Skills

• To be self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy, with a desire to take complete ownership of the product from inception to deployment
• Experience working in startup environments
