To effectively manage all aspects of store operations focusing on operational efficiency: Store management includes sales, cashiers, inventory, customer care and visual merchandising for operational efficiency.

Requirements
Experience(Yrs& Field) : 5-7 Years of experience in Retail Electronics including 2-3 years of people management
Educational Qualification : Preferably Post Graduate – preferably an MBA
Professional Certifications : Retail Management
