Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, energetic manner
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
Support with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
Foster a positive, team-oriented retail environment
Actively promote the SQUATWOLF brand and lifestyle
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
A genuine passion for fitness, fashion, and activewear
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
