Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Drive sales performance and achieve key business metrics (KPIs).
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and marketing strategies.
• Implement loss prevention measures and maintain strong cash control.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by actively engaging with shoppers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail experience: Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in an assisted sales environment.
• Leadership ability: Strong team management and development skills.
• Sales-driven mindset: Ability to motivate teams, achieve targets, and maximize sales.
• Customer-focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Operational expertise: Proficiency in stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
