Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee soft services operations in residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with BICSC standards for cleaning and soft services.
• Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: Maximum 40 years.
• Appearance: No visible tattoos.
• Certifications:
  • BICSC Trained (PBICSC) for Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • BICSC Certified (L BICSC) for Senior Supervisor Category.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in managing soft services for residential and commercial projects.
