Supply Chain Analyst Full Time

• Monitor current stock levels and demand patterns to generate and manage replenishment requirements for operational contracts.






• Generate and analyze reports, like Outstanding Purchase Order and all other reports assigned to Supply Chain Administrators.
• Ensure that finance process in relation to invoicing are enforced so discount terms from the suppliers are met with.
• Coordinate and ensure prices are valid and correct during encoding purchase orders.
• Liaise with Suppliers, Finance, Supply Chain Planners and Procurement in order to resolve any discrepancies noticed in the supplier invoices.
• Pro-Active communication with Supply Chain Department in providing assistance and information to ensure that all assigned tasks are done effectively on regular basis.
• Pro-Active communication with Procurement team to develop Supply Chain strategy to ensure continuous material flow and mitigate risk.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 2-years of industry experience in a role within logistics/supply chain/demand planning or analysis.
• Familiarity with supply chain management concepts – forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics.
• Ability to work in a team environment / cross functional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office applications user i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc.
