We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor with focus on Emiratisation to support the recruitment and retention of Emirati candidates within AtkinsRéalis.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle specific to Emiratization:
• Virtually meet with the hiring manager every time ME opens a new job requisition to discuss recruitment and sourcing strategy
• Attract and source candidates through various sources (job boards, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, own network, etc.), pre-screen and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
• Be an employee brand ambassador, while internally and externally soliciting employee referrals
• Job posting, schedule interviews, debrief calls and any follow ups
• Manage the job offer / negotiation process
• Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, CV databases, Facebook, university relations, Twitter, Reddit, engineering forums and other creative channels
• Proactively develop strong partnerships with Atkins hiring managers, HRBPs and recruitment agencies
• Conduct talent phone screens and facilitate internal team discussions regarding candidates
• Gather and analyse recruitment metrics by daily updates in the recruitment tracker and participate in the weekly/monthly reporting activities
• Occasionally liaise with and manage external recruitment partners
• Keeping abreast with current and future Emiratisation laws and update the HR and Recruitment staff on any changes/significant issues
• Responding to staff enquiries on work permits/pension registration after ensuring the liaison with HRBP/Immigration/SME as the main point of contact
• Preparation and maintenance of reports as are necessary for Emirati hires to track the target
• Maintain an accurate database for all records to be tracked and maintained
• Provides advice to management on local and government services
• Strengthen the relationship with government through open day events engaging with MoHRE, NAFIS

Experience Required:
• UAE National with family book
• 0-2 years of experience as a recruiter in a similar inhouse role
• Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search engines and job boards, have an established EPC candidates network
• Experience in using an Application Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday

• Bilingual Arabic – English
Education Required:
• University Degree in HR related field, or Business Administration
