Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

Position Overview:
At Saudi German Hospital Ajman, we are committed to hiring the best talent to join our growing team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, identify, screen, and hire top candidates for various roles within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and at least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Objectives of the Role:

• Ensure a diverse and qualified workforce by providing input into team composition.
• Develop and implement long-term staffing strategies that align with the hospital’s needs.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies, such as employer branding initiatives, to build a talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set clear expectations and job requirements for candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed candidate selection criteria.
• Source and engage applicants using online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Write clear and accurate job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position.
• Assess applicants’ qualifications, including CVs, portfolios, and references, to identify the most suitable candidates.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to actively build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, including interview notes and paperwork, for stakeholder sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting experience or a similar role in talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other online platforms to source candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to document recruitment processes and stay updated with industry trends.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., HR Certification Institute).
