Job Title: Technical Analyst

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Technical or Business Analyst roles
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
MBA preferred but not required. #Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English are essential, and Arabic is preferred.

High-Level Requirements:

Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, writing specifications.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Point enabling fast and high-quality creation of presentations.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and present findings of studies to client committees.
Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting relevant trends and improvement opportunities.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
