Wat You’ll Do
The Devices product portfolio has global market leading sales in Intrinsic Safety, Industrial Networks, Surge Protection, HMI, Signaling and Phones applications with a revenue value of circa $136m. The product lines are of key strategic importance, supporting Eaton’s digitalization and energy transition focus.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be the first contact for Devices product customers to help them with application questions, product issues and requests for general support, and will work with the sales representative as well as peers within the Technical team and the PLMs/APLMs to deliver the product line objectives.
Your Main Duties
The role reports directly into the Technical Manager, Devices. The success of the role is measured by meeting the service level commitment, exceeding the target for net promoter score and supporting the team to meet the sales target.
