Telesales Executives Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.

• Follow company-provided sales scripts to effectively handle objections and close deals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information and solutions.

• Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma, GED, or relevant certification (preferred).

• Proven experience in telesales, call center, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow structured scripts and adapt as needed.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance targets.
