Teller/Cashier Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Currency Exchange: Process foreign exchange transactions, including buying and selling currencies such as USD, Euro, etc., at competitive rates.
• Customer Service: Assist clients with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments by cash, credit card, or debit card.
• Foreign Exchange Market: Buy and sell foreign currencies on the exchange market, either for personal accounts or on behalf of clients.
• Account Management: Prepare and manage customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Financial Transactions: Collate daily financial transactions, ensuring they are properly logged in accounts.
• Customer Queries: Provide customers with information about financial products, financial markets, loans, and insurance options.
• Documentation: Finalize and maintain official records of financial transactions, ensuring all documents are completed and filed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an exchange house.
• Skills: Strong understanding of currency exchange rates, financial transactions, and customer service principles.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with financial exchange activities, deposits, vouchers, and guest account management.
• Communication: Good communication skills to provide financial information to customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to track and finalize formal financial documents with accuracy.
