Ticketing and Reservation Staff Full Time

Gulf Wings Travel is urgently seeking young, dynamic, and well-spoken Ticketing and Reservation Staff to join our vibrant team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations and are proficient in GDS systems (Galileo and Amadeus), we want to hear from you.

As a Ticketing and Reservation Staff member, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking flights, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Process flight reservations and issue tickets using GDS systems (Galileo and Amadeus).
• Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, pricing, and availability.
• Assist clients with travel-related questions and concerns.
• Handle reservation modifications and cancellations professionally.
• Ensure smooth communication with airlines and vendors for ticketing updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo and Amadeus) is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.
  • Knowledge of airline reservation procedures and ticketing.
