Typist Full Time

B Zone Business Services is currently seeking two proficient male typists to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidates will have a strong command of MS Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Typing and Documentation: Accurately type and format various documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Data Entry: Input data into company databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
• MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating and managing documents.
• Communication: Interact effectively with team members and other departments.
• Organization & Planning: Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
