VP, Sales and Strategy Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and market strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Provide thought leadership on long-term growth strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal closure, and client onboarding.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual value and market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop joint value propositions and campaigns.
  • Market Insight and Adaptation:
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Set and measure KPIs for the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

• • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a VP or equivalent capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
