Warehouse Assistant Full Time

Job Summary

Working in warehouse; supports day-to-day operations under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, Receiving, checking, recording, organizing, and storing stock as it is received. Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored. Dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies found to supervisor.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintaining, organizing, and completing the Housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse and area assigned by the supervisor / team leader.
• Following the HSEQ rules and meeting/ helping team to achieve HSEQ objectives set by the management.
• Responsible to provide minimum one HSE and one quality observation cards to meet HSEQ objectives.
• Responsible to sustain 5S process in the warehouse and the area assign by the management.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required

• Pre-Degree or above
• At least 1-2-year experience in warehouse and logistics environment preferably in oil and gas
• The candidate should be physically strong to be to be able lift heavy objects, forklift license is required. Also, should be good in English speaking, writing etc.
