Warehouse Coordinator Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on the inbound and outbound activities & mentoring Tatmeen portal requirements on a daily basis.
• Communicate with clients and sales team the shipping status of the respective orders.
• Handle any delay, mis-discharge or incident in a fast and efficient way while limiting damages and minimizing extra cost.
• Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sub-distributors, sales managers, production units and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Prepare quotes, invoices and delivery orders through Company’s ERP systems (SAP, CRM) in a timely manner.
• Verify and validate content of invoices as per requirements and order information while managing and resolving complications or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project controller to ensure that the documents are followed according to the contract
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and competent authorities.
• Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
• Raise RMA (Returns Management Authorization) and Faulty Product requests from customers, notifying the 3PL and Credit Control of pending returns.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Previous experience in shipping aesthetic products and medical equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience in shipping processes and invoicing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• High problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, suppliers, shipping companies and internal stakeholders to maximize quality of service and maintain quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in writing and communication in English.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
