Warehouse Officer Full Time

Noorka Logistics, a leading name in supply chain and logistics solutions, is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Officer to oversee and streamline warehouse operations at our Dubai facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Receiving and Dispatch: Supervise the receipt, inspection, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Storage Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency, ensuring proper labeling and storage of items.
• Team Supervision: Manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and providing training to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities and inventory.
• Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
