Warehouse Supervisor Full Time

Hala Builder, a trailblazer in construction and infrastructure, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Dubai operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of warehouse activities, contributing to the timely delivery of materials and equipment for our groundbreaking projects.




Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and retrieval of materials.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain efficiency.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all warehouse equipment is in optimal working condition, scheduling repairs or replacements as needed.
• Process Optimization: Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and minimize delays.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and transporters to facilitate smooth delivery and dispatch operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of warehouse activities, including inventory movements and staff schedules.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding stock levels, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the construction or logistics industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials and tools is an advantage.
