Key Responsibilities:

Prepare HR reports and summaries as required by management, including employee data, attendance records, and performance-related information.
Organize, manage, and archive important HR documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Maintain comprehensive employee files in both physical and digital formats, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date.
Update the HR database with new hires, employee terminations, promotions, and any other status changes.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and company guidelines in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure strict confidentiality of all HR records, safeguarding sensitive employee and company information at all times.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes by maintaining accurate documentation and employee records.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and data consistency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free data management.
Good typing speed and data entry skills for efficient handling of large volumes of information.
Strong organizational skills to manage files, documents, and databases effectively.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of HR systems and processes is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
