IT Manager Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily IT operations, ensuring all systems, networks, and infrastructure run efficiently.
• Plan, implement, and maintain IT systems and technologies to support business operations.
• Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring security, reliability, and minimal downtime.
• Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and servers.
• Ensure proper functioning and support of EPromise software, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
• Manage user access, permissions, and system security, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Supervise IT support activities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, reports, and system logs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to prevent system failures.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with EPromise software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Proven ability to handle technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with IT security, data protection, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
