Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients across the GCC region to promote products and services.
• Generate qualified leads by identifying customer needs and converting inquiries into successful sales.
• Explain and promote IT and networking solutions, including laptops, CCTV systems, and structured cabling services.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders, ensuring timely responses and conversions.
• Maintain accurate client records and call logs in CRM or database systems.
• Prepare and update sales reports, tracking daily performance and lead status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide clear and accurate information.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

• Handle international clients with cultural awareness and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of telecalling or sales experience; GCC exposure is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of IT and networking solutions such as laptops, CCTV, and structured cabling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with international clients.
