Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing remittance transactions, including direct transfers and third-party payment methods.
• Provide customers with clear and accurate product and service information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients with wage disbursements and support the preparation and submission of WPS (Wage Protection System) files.
• Perform all financial and service-related transactions through a single-window system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, coordinating with operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, ensuring data privacy and security at all times.
• Support compliance processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence).
• Assist in WPS salary processing and manage SIF (Salary Information File) operations accurately.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Accurately record and maintain transaction logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Identify and report any suspicious transactions or compliance issues to management.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and customer-friendly environment at the counter.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or remittance services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of remittance operations, WPS processing, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Proficiency in using financial systems and computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
