Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and related export/import documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery and collection of shipments.
• Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing and unpacking processes.
• Manage and negotiate competitive rates from shipping agents for cost-effective logistics.
• Track shipments and provide solutions for delays or stuck shipments, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Handle international shipments, including export/import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and shipping standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
• Update shipment details and logistics data in ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and shipment tracking updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Perform additional logistics and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Proven experience in handling international shipments and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
