Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for facilities services projects (soft and hard services).
• Develop and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and drawings.
• Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions within deadlines.
• Evaluate project requirements and calculate material, labor, and operational costs.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and quotations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE/GCC market rates and pricing trends.
• Work closely with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify risks and provide cost-saving recommendations during estimation.
• Assist in project planning by providing financial insights and cost projections.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of estimation data and project records.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors when required.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Participate in internal reviews and estimation validation processes.

Job Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in estimation of facilities services projects (soft and hard services).
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotations, material and labor costing, and specifications.
• In-depth understanding of UAE/GCC market rates and pricing standards.
• Solid knowledge of suppliers, procurement procedures, and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and reading technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight submission deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong competency in market rate analysis is essential.
