Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions efficiently.

• Manage cash flow and budgeting, ensuring financial stability across projects.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes, including internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records for all transactions.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments for accurate financial data.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as an Accountant in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting and project-based financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting regulations.
• Preferred: Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
