Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations for the Real Estate Division.
• Maintain and update financial records, including sales, purchases, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable (AP), including invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Support accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and proper documentation.
• Record and track property-related transactions, including rent, deposits, and service charges.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.
• Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documents when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting practices and company policies.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).
• Experience in real estate accounting is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Tally & Focus Software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500, depending on experience.
• Additional benefits provided as per UAE Labor Law.
