• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with management and internal departments regarding financial data and reporting.
• Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate expense tracking records.
• Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary accounting documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT-related reports and supporting documents.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Zoho Books and accounting software systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE FTA VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare P&L statements and balance sheets accurately.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
