Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project-based accounting activities for construction or aluminium façade projects.
• Handle project costing, budgeting, and cost tracking to ensure financial efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements up to finalization.
• Monitor project expenses, revenues, and profitability analysis.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage banking operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, and financial documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment certificates, receipts, and project-related financial reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and operational teams regarding project costs and financial performance.
• Ensure timely recording of all project-related financial transactions in Tally and accounting systems.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing reports for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company procedures, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required project accounting documents.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables related to projects.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• B.Com or M.Com qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction or Aluminium Facade industry.
• Strong experience in:
  • Project Costing
  • Balance Sheet Preparation
  • P&L Finalization
  • Banking Operations and Reconciliation
• Good communication and professional correspondence skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in IT systems and accounting software (Tally).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
