Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for financial records.
• Assist with audit preparation by providing required documents and supporting information.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Support VAT-related documentation and compliance activities.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Basic accounting background with a good understanding of accounting principles.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
