Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Record, verify, and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, purchase entries, and journal entries.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory-related transactions where applicable.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support Corporate Tax filing processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Coordinate and assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting procedures.
• Generate reports and financial summaries using Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a trading or electrical industry.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience assisting with VAT filing, Corporate Tax filing, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
